Writer's Catalog Submission Portal Guidelines

This is a submission portal for an entire catalog of a writers' fanfictions for the Castlevania games. If you have written multiple works for the fandom, you may choose to submit them his way, as opposed to individually.

Guidelines are as follows: Please share a link that compiles all of your works, such as a viewable Google Docs folder, an AO3 account, or a section of your NeoCities website. Works must be formatted exactly as you want them to appear in the Library. Though they can be edited after publication, the process will be tedious and may be disallowed if the archive becomes too busy. All edits following initial submission must be sent to our email thecastlelibrary@proton.me . We reserve the right to accept only some works in your catalog if we feel some do not properly follow guidelines. You must either be the author of the submitted work(s), or have direct permission from the author of the work.

What We Allow

• Original characters
• Original works set in-universe
• Crossovers with other media
• Dark or triggering content in general, so long as it follows listed guidelines
• Alternate universes set outside the main universe, so long as it follows game-based characterization and, where necessary, plot points

What We Do Not Allow

• CSEM, or any content depicting minor characters (as in, under 18) in sexual situations
• Romanticization or condoning of rape, pedophilia, abuse, incest, or any form of bigotry
• Slavery AU's
• Pairings featuring any two relatives, at least one underaged character with at least one 18+ character, etc
• Content depicting the Castlevania animated series on Netflix
• Works written in any language other than English, Spanish, or Japanese, simply for moderation reasons–we do not have mods who speak languages other than these, and as such cannot verify that your works fit our criteria. Sorry :(
